Dr. Keith Mueller, Director of the RUPRI Center, leads faculty investigators, research associates, and health data analysts in rural health research and policy analysis studies.

Center Investigators include: Dr. Clint MacKinney, Dr. Tim McBride, Dr. Hari Sharma, Dr. Whitney Zahnd, Dr. Dan Shane, Dr. Abigail Barker, and Dr. Xi Zhu. Faculty investigators have education and experience in health administration, health finance, health economics, rural primary care, program evaluation, and health outcomes.
